Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product(s) must be made within 72 hours of receiving the product to [email protected] You will need to provide detailed information for any product damaged and photo proof during shipping within that timeframe.

All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. Most orders placed Monday - Friday before 12 EET are shipped out the same day, however we do not guarantee this. Our business hours are:
